Recently, this problem became a regular one as a big number of computer viruses disable the “Show Hidden Files” option on your Windows Vista operating system. The option disappears from the “Folder Options” dialog and it seems like there’s nothing left to do. Not being able to see the hidden files and folders on your computer can be an issue that endangers the security of your data.
